Ingredients:
1 peach
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 heaping spoonful of homemade coconut milk yogurt
a large handful of spinach
cinnamon
and water (start with 1/4 cup. Add more as needed)
Blend and enjoy! Serves one.
