INGREDIENTS

Filling
3 large avocados
1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 – 3 teaspoons of maple syrup or date paste
a few drops of stevia
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Crust
1 cup of raw almonds (preferably soaked and dehydrated)
6 dates – pitted and soaked for 30 min in water or coconut juice
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS
Place all of the ingredients for the crust in a food processor and pulse until crumbly. Press the crumbs firmly along the bottom and sides of a pie pan.
Place all the ingredients for the filling in a food processor and process until completely smooth. Spoon the filling into the pie crust and cover; refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.  Enjoy!
