Enjoy one of my favorite green smoothie recipes, I call it Tovah’s Green “Bliss” Smoothie. Enjoy!


1 Frozen Banana

½ Cup Blueberries

½ Cup Strawberries

1 Avocado

1 Handful of Spinch

1-2 Leaves of Kale (destemmed)

3 Leaves Romaine

¼ Cup Apple Juice

½ Cup Almond Milk

1 Cup Water

Instructions: Blend and blend and blend until smooth and dreamy.  It is best to use a high-powered blender if you have one.

*Special Tip* Top with Chia seeds to make this an even bigger energy powerhouse!

You can add a little more water or juice to make this thinner, however the thickness is really dreamy & you can even throw it in a bowl top it with some dried and fresh fruit, granola & you have a breakfast ‘acai’ bowl, California style.
