This Avocado Mango Spinach Salad will make you feel like you’re in the tropics on a relaxing vacation sitting by the ocean enjoying the sound of waves crashing on the shore. Full of vitamin C, iron, and protein as well as lots of B vitamins from the nutritional yeast, this colorful salad is a complete meal. Enjoy!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 mango chopped
1/2 chopped avocado
2 slices red onion diced
1 shredded carrot
1 TBSP chopped raw almonds
on a bed of spinach
1 TBSP nutritional yeast
a drizzling of Pomegranate infused Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
