This delicious Red Peppercorn Dressing is great on pasta, bread, crackers, salads, potatoes, and more… have fun with it.
1 cup almond milk
1 cup soaked & peeled almonds
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon red whole peppercorns
Juice of half a fresh large lemon
3 big tablespoons of mustard (I used my homemade one)
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil .
Blend in your high powered blender until smooth, taste test, adjust as you see fit.
Store in a glass jar for up to a week.
