This wrap is so delicious & filling. The sunflower seeds have lots of protein along with amino acids, vitamins E & B. It also contains Dulse Flakes, a raw seaweed which in my opinion should be a staple in all raw or vegan diets. Dulse is a great source of vitamin A, C, and E & B vitamins, calcium, zinc, magnesium, potassium & iron. No tuna was harmed in the making these wraps & I know you’ll enjoy the flavor just as much if not more than tuna.

Serves: 8

4C Sunflower seeds
4 Celery stalks (finely chopped)
1/2 Red onion (finely chopped)
1/2 Bell pepper (finely chopped)

Nutritional yeast (sprinkle as much as you like on top of the contents of the wrap)

Soak sun flower seeds over night, then rinse & drain.

Put soaked sunflower seeds in food processor until a nice chunky consistency is formed.

Mix all ingredients in bowl except the collard greens & nutritional yeast.

Cut off stems of collard greens.

Add raw tuna mix on top of collard greens, sprinkle with nutritional yeast & enjoy!
