Try starting your morning with a sweet satisfying Green Peach Mango Smoothie. For extra sweetness add a banana.
1 white peach
1/2 cup almond milk
1 very large handful of spinach
a couple handfuls of ice
Optional: add 1 banana, and 1 TBSP flax meal for extra flavor and nutrition.
Blend in a high powered blender and enjoy. Serves two.
