Do you have a potato chip obsession? Potato chips can be high in salt, trans fats, saturated fat, and empty calories. In order to calm your cravings, try this healthy substitute of baked zucchini chips instead.


Ingredients:

1 zucchini (or more)
Seasoning of your choice (Garlic, paprika, chili powder, use your imagination)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick foil. Slice the zucchini and sprinkle with seasonings of your choice. Bake 45 minutes. Rotate baking sheet, and bake an additional 30-50 minutes, until chips are crisped to your liking.  To make these raw, simply place in the dehydrator until desired crispiness.
