It’s school time and Plant Powered Living is inviting you to learn more about the benefits of a healthy diet, fitness and a balanced life. Together we will learn how to make healthy snacks, lunches and share some of our favorite meals with you. We will also be doing a beautiful yoga flow with Tara. The day is all inspired to keep our minds sharp, bodies fit and to learn from one another.
Time: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Location: The Plant Powered Palace
($5 of your payment will be donated to Lean and Green Kids)
Join us for an afternoon of exploring easy and fun yoga movements with Tara, followed by learning to create delicious healthy lunches and snacks for kids and adults alike. Please eat lightly during the two hours prior to the workshop. Wear comfortable clothes for light exercise, and bring some water.

In this class we will cover a variety of tips and techniques to get your body moving. Build endurance, create balanced coordination and develop your confidence. Bring your own yoga mat or towel if you do not own a yoga mat.
