This is my new favorite breakfast food. It’s absolutely delicious and full of health benefits!

Ingredients for Banana Bread Crepe:

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 bananas
8 dates
1/2 cup ground flax
2 Tbls water (add more if needed)

Instructions: Process the walnuts until they are a powdered texture. Add the remaining ingredients and process until mixture is combined. Spread on parchment paper (about 1/2 inch or so thick). Dehydrate for approximately 5 hours. Flip face down on a plate to remove the paper easily.

Ingredients for Cashew Whipped Cream:
1 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup almond milk (add more if needed)
1/2 banana

Instructions: Process the nuts first, until they are as much like a fine powder as possible, then add the remaining ingredients and process until creamy. It’s probably best to soak the cashews overnight for a more creamy texture, but I made this without soaking and it was delicious.
