This Sexy Chocolate Mousse is one of Gabriel’s signature sexy desserts. It is amazing and light! Serve this at a dinner gathering and you’ll be the hit of the party!
Sexy Chocolate Mousse
- 3 Avocados
- 12 ounce ( 2 bars) Real chocolate (we use 88% dark Chocolate)
- a table Spoon each of Agave Syrup and maple syrup ( You can add more if you want it sweeter. You can also use any type of liquid sweetener you prefer)
- Cap full Vanilla
- A few pinches of Salt
- Berries and mint for garnish
- Coconut whip crème * optional
Melt chocolate on a low heat in a double boiler (or pot with water in it with a glass or stainless steel bowl on top with the chocolate in it). Stir occasionally.
Put avocados, melted chocolate, agave syrup and maple syrup, Vanilla in a food processor or blender and blend it until it is smooth.
Put Chocolate Mousse into serving dishes and chill in fridge until it is set (about 30 – 45 minutes). Garish with berries and enjoy.
